I agree, the class discussions are really nice to get a sense of what other people are thinking and to see if what you think is even possibly close. I also feel that on the in class prompts I tend to not do as well as I could because of my interpretations of the poems and the details I use to support it. The reviews of the eras of literature were also pretty helpful to me too.
